RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee within 30 days or the original purchase date. Please send the original order information or receipt, with a brief note and your contact information (email, phone, name, and mailing address) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you within 48 hours or your email request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on returning your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund provided.
Please allow up to 3 weeks from when we can process your return for your refund. If you have purchased the item from a 3rd party please contact that third party for your return.
Return shipping charges are not reimbursable and will be a cost you have to incur.
Refunds may take up to 3 weeks. If the refund is still not received after 3 weeks, please contact the issuing bank of the payment method to see why the refund has not posted. If this has already been completed as a first step and it is still not posted, please contact us at email@example.com.
Products that are purchased on sale or at a discontinued price are not eligible for returns. If you received your item as a gift, it is not eligible for a return unless you have the original receipt, and a proof of purchase can be provided.
